Ingredients
- 4 eggs - separated
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until light. Add cooled melted butter, milk and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder & salt, beat well. Beat egg whites until stiff and gently fold into batter. Bake and serve.
