Creamy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 T butter
  • 8 eggs
  • 3 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 3 T water
  • dash pepper
  • Fresh parsley
  • Crumbled cooked bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Put butter in casserole dish and microwave until melted. Tilt dish to coat. Break eggs into bowl and whisk until well beaten. Add water, salt & pepper. Mix well. Add cream cheese. Microwave on high for 8-10 minutes stirring often to break up cooked pieces every 1 1/2 minutes. Top with parsley & bacon.
