- 1 c. real butter softened
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 t. cream of tarter
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. vegetable oil

Step 1
Beat very well on slow speed:
1 c. real butter softened
1 c. white sugar
1c. powdered sugar
Add and beat well:
1t. vanilla
1 t. cream of tarter
1t. salt
1t. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
Add 4 ½ c. flour and beat well. Chill until dough is firm.
Roll into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Dip the bottom of a glass into sugar and flatten a cookie – repeat. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
