Ingredients
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 teas salt
- 1/2 teas pepper
- 1/2 teas oregano
- 1/4 c butter
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, pounded
- 1/8 inch thick
- 1 c sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c marsala wine
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, salt, peppr and oregano in dish. Heat butter in skillet. Dredge chioken in flour and brown on both sides. Chicken may be cut in smaller pieces.
Remove chicken and keep warm. Saute mushrooms in pan. Remove mushrooms. Deglaze pan with marsala wine. Return chicken and mushrooms to pan, simmer 4 minutes.
