Ingredients
- 6 T butter
- 5 T flour
- 2 1/2 c chicken broth
- 1 1/4 c half & half
- 1/2 c dry white wine
- 3/4 c parmesan cheese
- 3/4 lb sliced mushrooms
- 8 oz cooked noodles
- 3-4 c chopped cooked turkey

Melt 2 T butter; mix in flour and cook until bubbly. Add broth, half & half and wine. Cook, stirring for 3 minutes. After it starts to simmer, stir in 1/2 c cheese. Measure out 1 c sauce and blend in remaining cheese. Melt remaining butter, add mushrooms & cook quickly. Combine large portion of sauce with mushrooms, noodles and turkey in greased casserole. Spoon the rest of sauce on top. Bake 15 minutes.
