Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 c flour
  • 3/4 teas pepper
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 3/4 c lemon juice
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 3 teas sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cut breasts into halves. Pound chicken and bread with flour & pepper.
Melt butter in skillet, brown chicken breasts 4-6 minutes.
Remove chicken from pan. Mix remaining ingredients together and add to skillet. Cook stirring up bits. When bubbly, add chicken. Cook 2 minutes.
