Sparerib Thighs

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. ginger powder
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 lbs. chicken thighs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Marinate for one hour.

Brown the chicken, then put it in pot.

Mix together:
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar

Add brown sugar, water and vinegar mixture to browned chicken. Cook at a simmer for 45-60 minutes.
