- Cherry or grape tomatoes
- Fresh basil leaves
- 4-8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese (buy containers of small mozzarella balls, or bocconcini, or bites.
- Toothpicks or skewers
Preparation
Step 1
Thread one grape onto a skewer or toothpick, then a basil leaf, bocconcini, another basil leaf, and another grape tomoato. Repeat with more skewers, and serve immediately, or cover and chill for up to eight hours
