Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. roast
- 1 packet slow cooker roast seasoning
- 1 packet Au Jus
- 1 cup water
- 1 can Coke
Preparation
Step 1
Put your roast in the crock pot. Mix the slow cooker seasoning with 1 cup of water. Pour on top of roast. Add the whole can of Coke. Cover with lid for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. DO NOT lift the lid during cooking. Right before end of cooking time, sprinkle the Au Jus packet over the roast. Let sit for a few minutes, then pull roast out and slice.
