Chicken Spinach Knishes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup Margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Pareve milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 large Onion, diced
  • 1 stick Margarine
  • 6 oz Mushrooms
  • 2 pieces Chicken, sliced
  • 10 oz Spinach, thawed
  • Garlic powder
  • Puff pastry dough?

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt margarine, add flour until a paste.
2. Add milk and soup slowly. Add salt and pepper. Set aside.
3. Melt margarine and sauté onions and mushrooms until lightly brown.
4. Add the chicken and spinach.
5. Mix both mixtures together and add garlic powder.
