Broccoli Salad Squares

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli flowerets, chopped
  • 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and chopped
  • 2 T red onion, thinly sliced and quartered
  • 1/4 C golden raisins
  • 1 T sunflower seed kernels

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll crescent roll dough; do not separate. Roll out dough on Rectangle Baking Stone to within 1 inch of edges of Baking Stone. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Cool completely. Spread softened cream cheese over crust. Chop broccoli, bacon and onion. Sprinkle crust with broccoli, bacon, onion, raisins and sunflower seed kernels. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour. Cut into squares.
