Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. milk chocolate chips
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg mini marshmallows
- 5 c. rice krispies
- 1 package milk chocolate chips
- 1 package butterscotch chips
Preparation
Step 1
Melt first 2 ingredients together stirring constantly. Add peanut butter and when melted add marshmallows. Stir until everything is melted together.
Remove from burner and add 5 cups rice krispies. Pat into a large jellyroll pan. Cool
Melt together the chocolate and butterscotch chips and spread over cooled cookie mixture. Cut into squares after the frosting has hardened.
