Impossible PUMPKIN PIE

If you want a dessert in just minutes ~ you throw all the ingredients into your blender, whirl and pour into a pie pan & bake ~ the crust will magically form as it bakes! (You can even substitute Splenda for sugar in this)

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 2 TB melted butter
- 1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- (or can use 2-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice)
- 2 tsp vanilla (optional)
- whipped cream
Preparation
Step 1
Whirl on blender until smooth. Pour into greased/sprayed 9" or 10" pie pan. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes (until knife comes out clean). Serve with whipped cream
