Ingredients
- 10 3/4 oz lower sodium, lower fat cream of mushroom soup
- 10 3/4oz can lower sodium, lower fat cream of chicken soup
- 5 oz can chow mein noodles, divided
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 3 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite size pieces
- 11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup cashews, salted or unsalted
- 1 Tbsp parsley
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix together soups, half the noodles, celery, onion, and chicken in a large mixing bowl.
2. Place in greased casserole dish
3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
4. Stir in cashews
5. Return to oven. Bake 20 more minutes, or until bubbly and heated through
6. Remove from oven. Top with oranges and sprinkle with parsley just before serving
