Ingredients
- 6 slices buttered bread, cubed
- 3/4 lb grated cheese
- 1 can mushrooms
- 4 beaten eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
Combine:
4 beaten eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
Alternate in layers:
Bread - Cheese - Mushrooms
pour liquid over top
Cover & refrigerate overnight.
Bake 1 hour, uncovered at 350
