Ingredients
- 6 cups rolled oats (not instant!)
- 3 cups unsweetened coconut
- 3/4 cups walnuts, chopped
- 1/3 cup wheat germ
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup craisins
- 1/2 cup yellow raisins
- 1/2 cup raisins
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix and warm olive oil and maple syrup gently on the stove. Pour over dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Put the finished oat mixture into shallow baking pans and bake 1-1.25 hours, stirring every 10- 15 minutes Add dried fruit (ok to sub in alternate dried fruits)
