Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 3/4 cup butter, melted
• 1 teas. sugar
• 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teas. vanilla
• 1 pint sour cream
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 teas. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix melted butter, 1 teas. sugar with graham cracker crumbs. Spread in a lightly greased 8x12 pan.

Cream the cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar, eggs and 1 teas. vanilla until thoroughly combined. Pour over crumb mixture. Bake at 375* for 20 minutes. Cool for 1/2 hour.

Mix together sour cream with 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla. Pour over cooked mixture. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
