Mom's Hello Dollies

The ooey-gooey goodness of these is unbeatable. And the combination of butterscotch, chocolate, coconut & sweetened condensed milk is insane! I just love these and hope you do, too. They're super easy, too!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12 rectangular planks)
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Preparation

Step 1

While oven is preheating to 325 degrees, place butter stick in 9x13" pan and place inside oven to melt. Check it every few minutes so it doesn't brown. When butter is melted, remove pan from oven. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of melted butter, spreading with the back of the spoon. Gently press down into pan with the back of the spoon {you can use your fingers, depending on your tolerance to the hot pan...I'm a calloused fool and just go for it!}. Top evenly with chocolate and butterscotch chips, pecans and coconut. Pour sweetened condensed milk over entire pan of ingredients.
Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares or rectangles.
