Ingredients
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 clove garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp sundried tomatoes, packed in oil

Preparation
Step 1
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
This sauce is best served slightly cold, so chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Drizzle over falafel and serve stuffed in to pita with hummus, nestled between mini buns as sliders, or over couscous, rice, or salad for a complete, satisfying meal.
