Ingredients
- 1 lb unpeeled baby Red Potatoes
- 1 TBS olive oil
- Rosemary sprigs

Preparation
Step 1
Toss potatoes with oil. Put on a baking dish.
Lay fresh rosemary sprigs along side of potatoes.
Bake at 450 about 45 minutes. Stir twice.
