Ingredients
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 t. salt
- 2 t. vanilla extract
- 2-1/4 c. plus 2 T. all-purpose flour, divided
- 12-oz. pkg. white chocolate chips
- 1-1/2 c. macadamia nuts, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Blend together butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time; stir until just combined. Add baking soda, salt and vanilla; set aside.
Place chocolate chips and nuts in a separate bowl; toss with 2 tablespoons flour. Gradually fold remaining flour into butter mixture; stir in chocolate chip mixture. Roll into one-inch balls.
Place 2 inches apart on baking sheets sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen.
