Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c elbow macaroni (uncooked)
- 2 c chopped mixed green and red peppers
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (cut up)
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken and seasonings in large skillet for about 5-7 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Stir in 2 1/4 c water and bring to a boil. Bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 5 minutes. Add peppers and onion. Cover and simmer and additional 5 minutes. Add Velveeta cheese cook until melted, stirring frequently.
