- 1 cup whole blanched almonds
- 1/2 cup sugar (white)
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 teaspoon salt

Step 1
In a heavy skillet melt butter, add sugar and almonds, stir constantly till almonds are toasted and sugar is golden brown, about 10-15 min. Stir in vanilla. Spread on non stick foil or spray foil with cooking spray. Spread on foil and immediately sprinkle with salt. Cool, break into 2 nut clusters.
