Stuffing-Crusted Creamy Chicken Casserole
- 6 small boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed and well-drained
- 1 C (7 oz_ corn, drained
- 1/4 C kraft ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 C hot water
- 1 pkg (6 oz) stove top stuffing mix for chicken
Heat oven to 350
Place chicken in 13x9 pan sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with garlic powder. Cover with stir-fry vegetables. Combine corn and dressing; spoon over vegetable layer in dish.
Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Spoon over corn mixture; cover.
Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is done (165 degrees), uncovering for the last 15 minutes.
