Strawberries
milk chocolate chips
solid vegetable shortening

Step 1

hull strawberries and rinse and pat dry.
melt 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips and 2 teaspoons solid vegetable shortening in microwave safe dish for approx. 1 minute stirring a few times until smooth. Dip the strawberries into the chocolate and place on wax paper to firm, place in refrigerator.
