Ingredients
- 1 block Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 to 1 lb. sausage
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
Preparation
Step 1
Fry sausage in a pan and drain grease. In a crockpot, add velveeta, sausage and Rotel. Add salt and pepper, as desired. Let cheese melt and serve with tortilla chips.
