Ingredients

  • 6 1/2 cups water divided
  • 1 pkg. 3 ounce Jell-o Strawberry Gelatin
  • 1 pkg. 3 ounce Jell-o orange Gelatin
  • 3 pkg. 3 ounce Jell-o Lemon Gelatin
  • 1 can 12 ounce evaporated milk

Preparation

Step 1

Bring 4 1/2 cups water to a boil. Dissolve strawberry, orange and 1 pkg.. lemon each in a 1 1/2 cups boiling water in separate bowls. Pour each flavor into a separate 8 inch square pan. Refrigerate 40 minutes or until firm. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes and refrigerate until used.
Bring remaining water to boil. Add remaining lemon Jell-o mixes and stir until dissolved. Stir in evaporated milk. Pour into a 12 cup Jell-o Mold sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Add gelatin cubes to gelatin in the mold and stir gently. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours until firm.
