Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

In lg bowl, combine flour, powder & salt.
In sm bowl, whisk yolks, milk & butter.
Stir into dry ingredients until just moistened.
In sm bowl, beat egg whites on medium speed until soft peak forms. Fold into batter.
