Ingredients
- 4 c diced rhubarb
- 1 c flour
- 3/4 c rolled oats
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 c melted butter
- SAUCE
- 1 c white sugar
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients with butter and firmly press 1/2 into a buttered 8" cake pan
Spread rhubarb evenly over crumbs
Mix sauce ingredients with 1 c water in a pan and cook over mod heat until thick and clear
Pour evenly over rhubarb
Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top
Bake at 350 for hour
