Ingredients

    c diced rhubarb

  • 1

    c flour

  • 3/4

    c rolled oats

  • 1

    c brown sugar

  • 1

    tsp salt

  • 1

    tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2

    c melted butter

  • SAUCE

  • 1

    c white sugar

  • 2

    Tbsp cornstarch

  • 1

    tsp vanilla

Directions

Mix dry ingredients with butter and firmly press 1/2 into a buttered 8" cake pan Spread rhubarb evenly over crumbs Mix sauce ingredients with 1 c water in a pan and cook over mod heat until thick and clear Pour evenly over rhubarb Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top Bake at 350 for hour
