Ingredients
- 1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 1/2 c whipping cream
- 12 oz bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- Pineapples
- Strawberries
- Bananas
- Angel Food Cake cubes
Preparation
Step 1
Place cocoa in medium saucepan. Gradually add cream, whisking until cocoa dissolves. Bring to simmer, whisking occastionally. Remove from heat; add chocolate. Whisk until smooth.
