  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tbsps. butter
  • 2 tbsps. Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tbsps. dried dill weed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • Hot cooked noodles



Step 1

Cook beef, covered in a cooker-steamer at 100pct power for 5 minutes.Discard fat
place mushrooms,onions,butter and Worchestershire sauce in a 3 qt casserole. Cook covered at 100pct power for 5 minutes
add beef,soup,dill weed,salt and pepper to taste
cook covered at 100pct power for 4 minutes
add sour cream, stirring to blend
serve over noodles
