Easy Turkey Taco Bites

Ingredients
- 1 package small flour tortillas
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 cups finely shredded Mexican cheese blend

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Using a biscuit or round cookie cutter, cut 2-inch circles from the flour tortillas, ending up with 24 circles. Gently press each circle into your temp-tations mini muffin pan, then bake 12 – 15 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Meanwhile, in a sauté pan, cook turkey over medium-high heat until brown. Then add water and taco seasoning, and continue to cook over medium heat until thickened.
Remove from heat and spoon an equal amount of the mixture into each tortilla cup, then top with chopped tomatoes, lettuce and cheese. YUM!
