Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb ground beef
• 1 lb onions, chopped
• 1 (8oz) cream cheese, softened
• 1 (8oz) sour cream
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/3 cup ketchup
• 1 pkg egg noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat and onion in skillet. Drain meat and add salt and ketchup. Combine cream cheese, sour crea, soup and milk. Add to meat and mix. Simmer on low heat until cheese melts. Mix with egg noodles and place in casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
