Crock Pot Pork Chop Meal

Pork chops with gravy, baked potatoes and corn on the cob.

The corn must be wrapped very tightly or it becomes discolored. It still tastes great!

Ingredients
- 2.5 lb pork chops
- 4 small baking potatoes
- 4 ears of corn, fresh or frozen
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
1. Sear pork chops and place in crock pot
2. Add onion, garlic, mushrooms and cream of mushroom soup
3. Wrap potatoes tightly in foil and place over meat and gravy
4. Wrap corn tightly in foil and place on top of potoatoes
5. Cook on low for 6 hours
6. Serve gray over potatoes
