Ingredients

• 8 oz - 1/2 box escort crackers (crushed)
• 1/2 stick butter
• cooked boned ckicken about 4 cups
• 1 carton sour cream
• 1 can water chestnuts (sliced) diced
• 1 can cream of chicken or celery soup

Preparation

Step 1

mix all ingred. except for crackers and butter

Place 1/2 crushed crackers in bottom of casserole. Pour chicken mixture and top with remaining crumbs and drizzle melted butter over crumbs.
bake at 350 degrees.
