Ingredients
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cups ketchup
- 3 TBSP dark brown sugar
- 1 TBSP cider vinegar
- 1 TBSP dark molasses
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp cayenne

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook stirring about 5 minutes.
2. Stir in all remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until sauce is thickened, about 10 minutes. Use or refrigerate in covered container up to 5 minutes.
