Puppy Chow

Ingredients

• 9 cups rice chex
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup margarine
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Pour cereal into large bowl. Melt peanut butter, chocolate chips and butter until smooth, stir in vanilla. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal, stir until all pieces are evenly coated. Pour cereal into a zip-loc bag with powdered sugar, seal shake until evenly coated. Let cool on waxed paper.
