  • 1 cup chopped roasted red pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 4 teaspoons lime juice
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
