    c cold cooked rice

  • 1/2

    Tbsp soy sauce or oyster sauce

Directions

Chop green onion Beat eggs with salt and pepper Heat the wok and add 2 Tbsp oil When oil is hot add the eggs and cook until lightly scrambled Remove eggs and clean pan Add 2 Tbsp oil Add rice Stir fry for a few minutes breaking up lumps Stir in soy sauce When rice is heated through add eggs Mix thoroughly and add green onion
