- 1 1/2 lbs fresh peas
- 1/4 cup fresh mint
- 1 gallon water

Preparation
Step 1
Shuck the peas and chop the mint. Bring the water to a boil. Cook the peas al dente, then drain thoroughly and toss with the mint.
