Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- 8 skinless boneless chicken thighs (about 2 lbs.)
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt, divided
- 2 TBSP finely chopped shallots
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1/3 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 1 1/2 TBSP dark sesame oil
- 1 TBSP soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sirache (hot chili sauce)
- 1/2 tsp grated lime rind
Preparation
Step 1
Heat skillet over med-high heat. coat with cooking spray. Sprinkle chicken evenly with salt. Add chicken to pan, sauté 6 minutes or until browned. Turn, sauté 4 minutes or until chicken until done. Place chicken on platter.
Combine remaining ¼ tsp salt, shallots,and garlic in bowl and smash mixture to paste.
Combine garlic mixture, cilantro, and remaining ingredients. Spread 1 ½ tsp cilantro mixture over each thigh.
