Ingredients
- 2 2 2 -3 ripe avocado's
- 1 1 1 Tablespoon lime juice - fresh or Real Lime
- 1 1 1 teaspoon Emeril's Southwest seasoning
- 1 1 3 Tablespoon dried cilantro or 3 Tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 1 1 teaspoon diced red onion (optional)
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup of your favorite salsa
Preparation
Step 1
Split avocado in 1/2 lengthwise, remove pit and remove skin by squeezing into a small mixing bowl or serving bowl. Add lime juice, seasoning and cilantro. Using a fork mash & mix well. Stir in salsa and serve immediately.
