Ingredients
- 1 pie shell, prebaked
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 large green peppers, diced
- 1 Tsp. oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 Tsp, salt
- 1/2 Tsp. pepper
- 2 cups Yogurt Cheese (made from 4 cups yogurt).
- 2 Tbsps. parmesan
- 4 small tomatoes, sliced
- 8 oz. mozzarella, lowfat, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F
1. Heat olive oil and saute onion and peppers.
2. Add oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.
3. Mix with Yogurt Cheese and parmesan.
4. Spread half the Yogurt Cheese mixture into pie shell.
5. Cover with tomato slices and slices of mozzarella.
6. Repeat.
7. Bake pizza for 25-30 minutes.
Yield: 8 servings
