Ingredients
- 1 quart Open pit Barbecue Sauce (Hickory Smoked)
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup Catsup
- 2 tablespoons Red pepper sauce (Tabasco optional)
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon white or black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. Heat to boil. Remove from heat. Let stand at room temperature until cool. Store, covered, in refrigerator. Use over ribs, pork chops or chicken. Makes 7 cups.
