Directions

Grind Figs, Dates, and Raisins together. Mix all ingredients with hands Add a little HOT water to soften if needed. Set aside. For Dough Cream butter, sugar, and eggs. Add dry sifted ingredients. Mix with hands. Roll out dough. Cut 2 inch strips. place filling in strips and fold over. Make 2 slices in the third slice will cut the cookie. Place on baking sheet cook 15-20 at 375.
