RICE KRISPY TREATS

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Karo syrup (light)
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy)
  • 5 cups rice krispies
  • 6 oz Butterscotch chips
  • 6 oz Chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Bring sugar and syrup to a boil in large saucepan. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and stir until melted. Add rice krispies and stir. Pour into buttered 11 x 13 pan. Melt butterscotch and chocolate chips in microwave or double boiler. Frost krispies with mixture. Let cool slightly. Cut into bars.
