Honey Mustard Chicken
- 3/4 cup honey mustard dressing
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp dill weed
- 1 medium scallion, finely chopped
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- 1 pound chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 425*. Coat baking pan with cooking spray.
In small bowl, combine dressing, salt, pepper, dill and scallions. Remove 1/3 of mixture and set aside.
Put corn flakes into corn flake crumbs. Dip chicken into dressing mixtures then into corn flake crumbs. Place each breast into pan.
Bake uncovered until the chicken is golden and no longer pink inside, about 15 minutes. Drizzle remaining honey mustard mixture over chicken breasts or use as dipping sauce.
