Blue Cheese Devil Dogs

• 2 med. onion
• 8 hot dogs
• 8 hot dog buns
• 4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
• 1/2 c mayo & 1 tbs sauce
• 1/2 c blue cheese

Stir mayo & sauce, spread on toasted buns. Top w/ dog, egg, blue cheese, onion.
