Ingredients
- cubed steak or round steak pounded
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- 2 or 3 cans beef broth
- oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, salt and pepper. Place meat in mixture and coat by pressing flour into meat on both sides. Brown on both sides remove from skillet add 1 can broth to skillet and stir. Put meat into crock pot with broth and cook for 4 hrs on low.
